On Tuesday, November 15, 2022, the college football championship for students was started at the College of Engineering stadium, which was organized by the College’s Student Activities Unit. With the participation of 10 teams representing the departments of the college for the morning and evening studies.
On the first day, two matches took place. The first match was between the petroleum engineering team and the electrical engineering team. The match ended in a penalty shootout, which was won by the electrical engineering team.

As for the second match, it was between the civil engineering department (morning study) and the mechanical engineering department  (evening study). 
And it ended with the win of the Civil Engineering Department
The sports activities official explained that this tournament is a preparation for participation in the university championship.
