The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah held a memorial council for the death of one of its teachers, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Ramzy Salim Ali, the administrative and scientific assistant dean, heads of scientific departments, and a number of faculty staff

The memorial council held by the College of Engineering in the hall of Martyr Asaad Salem for the death of Dr. (Ali Nasser Khalaf) included reading Surat Al-Fatihah and then a blessed recitation from the verses of the Noble Qur’an.

In addition to the speech of the Dean of the College of Engineering and the speech of Dr. Alaa Abdel-Razzaq, a lecturer in the Department of Chemical Engineering.

In the end, the Qur’anic conclusion was read and Surat Al-Fatihah was recited on the soul of the deceased.
