The Dean of the College of Engineering attended the signing of a joint cooperation agreement between CPECC, the Basra Petroleum Training Institute, and Hebei University of Petroleum Technology. The agreement aims to enhance scientific and technical cooperation and the exchange of expertise in the fields of engineering, energy, training, and qualification.

The agreement includes establishing joint frameworks for implementing training and development programs, supporting research projects, and exchanging academic and technical expertise. This will contribute to providing the oil sector with qualified personnel and keeping pace with modern developments in the oil and gas fields.

Attendees emphasized that this agreement represents an important step towards strengthening the partnership between academic institutions and the industrial sector. This will positively impact the development of the educational and research process, serve the needs of the labor market, and contribute to supporting sustainable development in Basra Governorate.
