The College of Engineering at the University of Basra participated in the closing ceremony of the "Engineering Vision" program, organized by the Iraqi Engineers Syndicate/Basra Branch, with wide participation from students and academic and engineering staff.

The ceremony was attended by Professor Mufid Turki Rashid, Dean of the College of Engineering, who delivered a speech in which he highlighted the importance of these programs in strengthening the partnership between the university and the Syndicate and their role in honing students' skills by combining academic knowledge with field experience.

Dr. Rashid also emphasized that the College of Engineering continues to support initiatives that contribute to developing the capabilities of graduates and providing them with the practical skills that qualify them for the job market. He praised the efforts of the Engineers Syndicate in organizing this distinguished program.

The ceremony included various activities, most notably a scientific competition among participating students and honoring all trainees who successfully completed the program.
