The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah set up teaching ability tests for staff of higher degrees for the purpose of indicating the possibility of applicants to teach in the departments of the College of Engineering.
The Chairman of the Committee, Prof. Dr. Saleh Issa Khassaf, the examination committees were chosen on the basis of experience, scientific and teaching competence, and specialization in order to express their views on the extent of the applicant’s suitability for the test in the field of teaching. After that, the committee presents notes that the testers should focus on for the purpose of preparing the applicant as a faculty member.
