University of Basrah holds an awareness lecture (the concept of moderation, its dimensions and effects)

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ramzi Salem Ali, the College of Engineering at the University of Basrah, within the National Islamic Campaign to Combat Extremism, Extremism and Terrorism, and in cooperation with the Noble Qur’an Complex for Memorization and Islamic Studies, held an awareness lecture on (the concept of moderation, its dimensions and effects)

The lecture given by Dr. Badr Abdul-Jili Taher Al-Mousawi, a teacher at the College of Education for Girls, dealt with

The concept of moderation and extremism in addition to several axes of them

The first axis is to know the intellectual (cognitive) dimension, which is represented by several approaches, including the rational approach, the transport approach, the experimental approach, the humanistic approach,

As for the second axis, the social (behavioral) dimension, there are many variations, namely, social behavior, organizational behavior, coordination, and moral behavior, in addition to the third axis, the religious dimension and qualitative correlation, not quantitative performance, moderation and balance in worship.

The aim of the lecture is an awareness campaign against extremism, extremism and terrorism
