College of Engineering is carrying out a campaign to plant trees on the occasion of World Environment Day
Under the patronage of the Deanship of the College of Engineering and the Presidency of the Electrical Engineering Department, and on the occasion of the World Environment Day, the Tasnim Scouts team in the College of Engineering held the second tree planting campaign

The Tasnim Scouts team at the College of Engineering at the University of Basrah decided that it would be the last day of the second course, and on the occasion of World Environment Day, a campaign to plant trees, the second of its kind in the internal gardens of the Electrical Engineering Department.

 It was done by planting multiple types of perennial roses
For his part, and in view of his blessed efforts,
The horticultural employee Hussein Al-Salihi was also honored for his efforts
 With a certificate of thanks and appreciation from the Tasnim Scouts Association
