College of Engineering at the University of Basrah, under the direct supervision of the Deanship of the College of Engineering, included new large areas in order to prepare and plant them, where palms and various types of trees will be added to the main gardens in the college in order to increase the green spaces and add more aesthetics to the college site

The Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ramzy Salim Ali said that the Services Unit at the College of Engineering is removing the rubble, leveling and plowing the land and preparing it in preparation for afforestation and joining it to the cultivated areas in order to show the college a decent and beautiful appearance and provide a healthy university atmosphere and a clean environment for students.
